Website & Registration Terms

Adult registration

A parent or legal guardian must complete registration for a minor player. A player does not need a website or GSS account, and no parent or coach is required to create or use a GSS Team Hub account. Registration is not complete merely because a family submits an inquiry or appears on a preliminary roster.

Required participation documents

Participation requires acceptance of the complete set of documents presented in SportsEngine for this series. If a parent or guardian cannot accept a required participation condition, the player cannot participate in this initial series; please contact us before paying. The SportsEngine documents control if this website summarizes a point differently.

This page is not the participant waiver, medical authorization, release of liability, or optional public-likeness permission and does not replace any of them.

Series information and refunds

Dates, times, venue, format, capacity, and other operational details may change before the season. We will communicate material changes to registered families. The announced Fall 2026 policy provides a full refund for any reason before the first scheduled game begins; any later refund or cancellation terms will be the terms shown during registration.

Game technology and authority

The GPFF website and direct League communications are the official sources for schedules, venue details, team assignments, roster communications, and results. GPFF may use GSS for scoring support and the limited roster and schedule integration disclosed during registration, but no player, parent, or coach must create or use a GSS account. Authorized adults may choose to record games through GSS, and families may use other lawful recording or team tools at their own initiative. GPFF does not operate, direct, or guarantee a game-recording program. Any film made available through GSS remains access-restricted. League placement does not authorize that adult to Film, Score, or Ref. Those game-day duties remain separate grants.

The current GSS Privacy Notice describes GSS processing. The GSS Terms of Use apply to an adult who chooses to create or use a GSS account.

Rules, conduct, and affiliation

Families, players, coaches, and volunteers must follow the published rules, venue requirements, staff directions, and sportsmanship expectations. Greenwich Premier Flag Football is an independent program and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or NFL FLAG.
