Our Mission
Greenwich Premier Flag Football is a new, independent nonprofit (501(c)(3) pending) serving boys in grades 3 through 8, operating fall and spring seasons. We feature local teams playing on local fields. Our overriding goal is to deliver an excellent experience to the kids who register and their families — and a positive one for the community at large.
We're starting deliberately small — this fall is a single 11–12 division. Here's how the inaugural season works →

- ✓ Up to two officials per game — depending on age group and availability, with referees paid at fair market rates.
- ✓ Local fields, local games — every regular-season game in Greenwich — no out-of-town travel.
- ✓ Game day as a gathering — food trucks, coffee, and room for siblings, friends, and neighbors.
- ✓ An information booth at gameday — someone who knows what is going on at the fields, with extra safety gear for sale.
- ✓ Technology that serves families — clean schedules, parent dashboards, and game film as the league can resource it.
