The public website

This site currently provides public league information and does not create family or player accounts. The game schedule and team-level results will be available here without an app or account. Player rosters and game film will not be published on the public website and remain access-restricted. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and security logs. If you email us, we use the message and address to answer the inquiry and operate the series.

Registration stays in SportsEngine

SportsEngine will collect the registration submission, payment, refund information, and the participation documents it presents for acceptance. Its service and privacy terms apply to that collection. The league uses the submitted information to form teams, schedule games, size and number jerseys, communicate with families, confirm eligibility, and operate the series.

Emergency and health information

A parent may provide limited emergency-contact and game-day health information in SportsEngine so authorized GPFF safety personnel can respond appropriately. GPFF uses that information only for player safety, emergency response, and related incident records, and may disclose it to emergency responders when needed. It is not placed on ordinary team rosters or provided to GSS. Access is limited to personnel with a game-day need to know. A parent may contact GPFF to correct the information or withdraw its future use, subject to safety, legal-recordkeeping, and incident-preservation requirements.

The minimum information shared with GSS

Subject to the authorization presented during registration, the league may provide Greenwich Sports Systems (GSS) a player’s display name, assigned Team, jersey number, fixture schedule, roster status, and the applicable authorization status so GSS can support optional scoring, statistics, film, and Team tools. No player, parent, or coach must create or use a GSS account. The league provides a parent email to GSS only if that adult chooses to claim or use GSS access. An adult must explicitly claim the player before GSS links that adult account to the player; GSS does not link a family by matching names alone.

Ordinary GSS Team, game, Replay, and analytics records do not need payment details, medical answers, scholarship information, home address, full waiver text, or signatures. Those remain with the appropriate registration or administrative system.

Scoring, film, Replay, and statistics

GPFF may use GSS for scoring support. Authorized adults may independently choose to record games through GSS, and parents or coaches may use other lawful recording tools at their own initiative, subject to venue rules and other participants’ rights. GPFF does not operate, direct, or guarantee a recording program and does not supply game footage to GSS. Footage voluntarily captured through GSS may be processed for synchronized film, clips, football analytics, and Team-restricted Replay and may be available to authorized adult accounts for both participating Teams. Registration or Team membership does not itself grant permission to operate a camera, score, or referee a game.

Adult Team Hub use is optional. A parent or coach who does not create or use a GSS account can still use the public schedule and team-level results, and that choice does not affect a player’s eligibility. Choosing not to use GSS does not prevent a player from participating.

Private Team film and operational game data are separate from public advertising, social-media, or promotional use of a player’s likeness. Any public-marketing permission must be presented separately; it is not implied by private Team film.

Retention, correction, and contact

The league retains operational and legal records as reasonably needed for the season, insurance, safety, accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable law. GSS has its own retention and deletion rules for shared game records. To ask about league information, correct a roster fact, or raise a privacy concern, email greenwichpremierflag@gmail.com.
